Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to adult users only. No person under the age of 18 may create an account or use any service on 376. Registering on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be terminated immediately.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

- Any attempt to commit fraud, use bots, exploit the platform through unauthorized means, or cause harm to the platform will result in immediate action.
- Users who wish to close their account may contact the support team for assistance.
- Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure, except in cases involving a breach of Terms.
General Platform Usage Rules
The following rules must be observed when using the 376 platform:
- Unauthorized attempts to access the platform's technical systems are not permitted.
- Attempting to access another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated software or bots for betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
All transactions on the 376 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Approved payment methods must be used for deposits and withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, and other local payment gateways are supported.
